I called in this morning with limited time to spare so I was looking for something to take away. The Pork Cassoulet was available really quickly and absolutely delicious. Our Black Pig never disappoints!

Absolutely Fantastic little eatery. So much choice and freshly made to order. If I could give 6 stars I would. Highly Highly recommended (and thanks to the young lady who ran after us when my daughter left her cuddly toy on the table)

The food here is really good...would recommend to everyone. Well worth visiting. Really nice staff who are friendly and efficient. Only small but has enough seating for around 20 inside with outside seating on the front for another 10. Recommend the salads. Always got good specials on and always very reasonably priced.

Called this Sunday lunch time where we received a warm welcome. French onion soup and mushroom soup were excellent. The roast lamb was delicious, the carrots, Yorkshire pudding, cauliflower, mash, roast potatoes and cabbage also tasted wonderful, as was the gravy. We could only manage one of those delicious apple pie and custards between us. A most hospitable establishment serving delicious value for money food, as usual we left being very content.
